You can use this card only if you have a Tera Pokémon in play. Choose up to 2 of your Benched Colorless Pokémon and attach a Basic Energy card from your discard pile to each of them.
This is strong. Although it is limited to colorless types, the two energy accelerations of the item are a threat. It would be interesting to include this card in Raging Bolt deck.
